Ebuka Anichebe ten-year career span in professional services has included positions in senior executive management, sales and marketing, business process re-engineering and brand management departments. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Jean-Paul and Associates Consultancy.
Till date his clients which cuts across several industries have included top banks in Nigeria, he has also helped set up non-government institutions, a wide variety of small and medium scales enterprises and several local government agencies. Some of his clients include Institute of Planning, Aso Savings and Loans PLC, Nigerian Television Authority, Seat of Wisdom Model Schools, Abuja Shelter.
He has an uncommon approach to marketing media consulting, business development and brand building and management. He’s best described as an effective manager of projects and good team leader. With a strong background in Business Administration and Strategy Development, there’s a lot to offer and different sides of a cube when working with him. Dr Iheanyi Chuku Egbuta
Dr. Iheanyi Chuku Egbuta is currently a PhD holder at the University of Glamorgan, Wales UK and an independent business consultant with strong business partnerships in the UK, United States of America and Nigeria. He is a focused, self-motivated and highly reliable, flexible and enthusiastic individual. He has recently managed and delivered a number of projects within diverse cultural environments and diverse client groups in time and to budget. He is highly competent at planning, conducting, coordinating and presenting bespoke consultancy services tailor made to fit clients’ needs and an expert in applied and academic research. He has a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments and has excellent communication skills.

Ayo is a leading Consultant/Trainer with specaility in International Financial Reporting and Corporate strategy, Team building, Motivation, Leadership, Organizational transformation and development, financial reporting, corporate governance, Fraud and forensic investigations and Organisational Behaviour.
Mr Taylor consults for top rated organisations like Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigeria Ports Authority Shell, PHCN, NTA, ZENON Oil, Oando, Honeywell group, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the other numerous organisations.
His work experience spans over Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Banking, Investment, Securities and Information Communications Technology.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Nigeria’s premier University, the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration in Corporate strategy & Marketing from University of Nigeria.

Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation NNPC (Training)
Since 2010 we have provided for the Corporation a range of unique training courses specially tailored to ensure than managers and senior managers within the organization become better at their jobs and rise to the modern-day challenges as well as opportunities brought about by globalization. The need for the Corporation to become more economic viable and operate more like a private organization has never been more pressing especially as the Petroleum Industry Bill progresses towards being passed into law by the Presidency. Aso Savings and Loans Plc (Business Intelligence Services)
We had a bank that was doing quite well in attracting new customers due to the innovativeness of its services. However it was discovered that some customers were dissatisfied and were not mentioning it to the bank officials but to others outside of the organisation.
Consequently we were contracted to engage in a nation-wide survey of the banks and its staff in engaging and satisfying its customers. We did this through our customer service experience evaluation using a variety of research techniques, analysis and reporting tools. This helped the bank in identifying where staff training needed to be done.

We provide end of the year retreat workshops to assist this high impact United Nations agency with streamlining their staff with the ideals and goals of the organization through off-site training workshops on modules ranging from team building, customer service and communication skills.
